The Paulaner Restaurant with its one of a kind home brewery, serves the authentic Bavarian cuisine combined with live music.
The Paulaner Braeuhaus offers a wide selection of the typical, world famous Bavarian cuisine. The loved pork knuckle with sauerkraut, classic Munich pork sausages, grilled half chicken and “Kaiserschmarrn” are only some of the classic dishes that you might have enjoyed on the world largest beer festival in Munich, the “Oktoberfest”.
The Paulaner Brewery, founded in 1634 in Munich by the monks of St Paola, has played a significant role in establishing Munich’s reputation as the “beer capital of the world”. It is also the leading brewery in Bavaria.
The Paulaner monks began their tradition of slow, handcrafted brewing using only four basic ingredients: barley, hops, yeast and water. Today, more than 375 years later, Paulaner continues its early commitment to quality and all-natural ingredients, based on the “Reinheitsgebot” (Purity law) from 1516, to keep the quality of the fresh beer. At the Paulaner Braeuhaus in Taiyuan, we brew our own beer for you. It takes four weeks from the time of the fermentation to the moment we serve you the feshly brewed beer speciality.
The Paulaner is the right place to enjoy an evening with your friends and it will feel just like being in Bavaria.
Prost!
